Is there a free tier?
No. A 14-day full-product trial instead. No card at signup. If you add a card before day 14 you convert. If not, your site enters a 30-day sunset window before it comes down.
How do annual plans work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. Basic annual is $30. Pro annual is $70. You can switch between monthly and annual anytime.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
What if my payment fails?
Dodo retries three times over seven days. Each failure emails you. Your site stays live during the grace window.
Refunds?
Cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for. No prorated refunds by default.
Who processes payments?
Dodo Payments, merchant of record. They handle global sales tax, VAT, and chargebacks. Card data never hits our servers.
